This recipe does not disappoint. This one dropped the sriracha from the ketchup recipe but I’d recommend it. Made it without sriracha for a friend and then made a second one for me with it. I like putting it in cupcake tins or individual brownie pan. Easy to use leftovers for sandwiches. It’s terrific!

This is now the only turkey meatloaf recipe we make. Thesautéedonions & mushrooms add a great layer of flavor and texture. And the Ketchup, Brown Sugar & Sriracha topping takes it to the next level with a nicesweet& spicy kick! Justmade a double batch this weekend. We love it!

Very good! Very moist! I added 2 cups chopped spinach at the end of step 2. Delish. Did not add sriarach, not a fan of spice, but lots of flavor. Made plenty to freeze and enjoy another time.

Very nice, moist meatloaf. But not very spicy. I used 1 tablespoon Sriracha but will increase when I make this again as I could hardly taste it.

Best turkey meatloaf recipe I've ever made! I have tried several and all were either dry and or flavorless. This was moist and delicious. I even forgot to make the sauce that goes on too and I'm glad because it did not need it.

I'm not the biggest meatloaf fan, I just think a loaf of meat sounds odd! This however was really yummy!!! It had a different yet traditional taste and was a hit with everyone in the house!!! I did use two pounds of turkey to make it more hearty and to have enough to feed the dreaded step kids!

We love this recipe in my house and have made it several times. It is not spicy so I suggest adding Sriracha into the topping if you wanna spice it up. This meatloaf is perfectly moist!

The only positive thing I can say about this recipe is that it was definitely very moist. My husband and I felt it lacked flavour (it was not spicy at all - if I make it again I will at least double the sriracha sauce) and it was so moist that that the texture was odd. If I make it again, I'll use less onion and mushrooms (could really taste the mushrooms), slightly more panko/breadcrumbs, definitely throw in some different spices/seasoning for flavour, and I might even do a mix of half ground beef/half turkey to see if that improves the texture. It also took just over an hour to cook at 350; it was nowhere near cooked at the 40 minute point.

I have made this several times for my family and they love it! I also added carrots and bell pepper and this gave it even more flavor. My husband who is a beef freak said this tasted better than beef meatloaf. This is now a family staple.

I was looking forward to making this given all of the great reviews. It came out very soggy and not tasting at all like, nor having the consistency of a meat loaf. The flavors were interesting, but overpowered the meat.

My husband always asks me to make this meatloaf. We love it! I follow the recipe to a T and it always turns out great... and this coming from a person doesn't usually like meatloaves. Ooooh, Sriracha in the topping is a great idea. Thanks.

Loved it from the first time I made it, but made just a couple of changes to it: made it with 1 pound of turkey and 1 pound of ground beef and added 1/4 cup more of panko. It took a little more than an hour in the oven. Added a bit of Shirasa to the topping. Full of flavor!!

First time my family ever enjoyed meat loaf AND asked me to make it again after finishing it off. We just moved and I was missing a few things. My changes were 1# ground chicken and 1/2# mild sausage instead of turkey. No mushrooms - used one chopped zucchini instead. Forget the egg completely and never the found the parsley. And "iced" it with a mixture of 1/2 c ketchup and a big squirt of prepared mustard - no brown sugar or nutmeg. It was plenty of spicy too. The seasonings are the best. Hope I can remember these changes! Also, I put it in a 9x5 pan and baked it for 1 1/2 hours.

This was fantastic! The sriracha in the meatloaf gave it a lovely zing without being overwhelming. I made two versions of the ketchup top; one as written, one with sriracha, (the recipe version on the meatloaf, as my husband isn't fond of sriracha). I think I'll stick with the one as written from now on, even for myself, since though I adore the spice, I think it's *too* much sriracha for this recipe and it loses the appeal of it's subtlety. I served this with homemade mashed potatoes and fresh steamed asparagus. This will definitely go into my rotation as a regular feature. ***EDIT*** I have stopped using sriracha and subbed chili sauce instead. It still has the spice the turkey needs without that distinctive sriracha zing that my hubby doesn't like. I've also upped the veggie content in this by adding julienned carrots, cut small. Delicious! Still a favorite in our house!

I have hated meatloaf my whole life but this recipe made me change my mind after I stumbled on it...my boyfriend had been begging me to make meatloaf and I didn't want to. THIS recipe was SOOO good, even my picky 4 year old loved it. My boyfriend said my meatloaf belongs in a restaurant. I will only make this meatloaf, all other recipes have failed me in the past. We make ours with ground bison and ground turkey and it makes it so moist and delicious.

Perfect as written! I actually had some lean ground beef and lean turkey, so I used both and mixed them together. It turned out being bigger than this calls for by about half, so I increased the other ingredients by half as well. I formed them into TWO loaves on the same pan so that it wouldn't take forever to cook them. It's spicy, sweet, savory and good! Don't add any extra salt- this is perfect as written. We had enough for three days of dinner and it was so good, I still looked forward to it on the 3rd day! I will probably always make this for my meatloaf from now on.

This was really yummy. My husband, the beef fanatic, even enjoyed it and I convinced my highly picky child to eat all of his serving. This was really good and I made it as directed although without parsley as the store was out of flat leaf parsley. It took longer to cook than stated and I think you could leave out the chicken broth and it would be fine. Otherwise it was a wonderful recipe and I think we will be having it again!

Had to add my two cents. This was great. Used 2 portobello caps and left out the spicy sauce. Also used lean turkey instead of turkey breast and used 2 egg whites instead of 2 egg. Deglazed the mushroom pan with the chicken broth and stuck the whole thing in the freezer to cool off. With regular ground turkey, the second egg white may not have been necessary. Everyone loved it!

I made this tonight and got rave reviews from my family. They can't wait to have it in their sandwiches for lunch. The meatloaf if moist and very flavorful. Don't leave out the hot chili sauce as that adds a great depth of flavor . I used regular breadcrumbs and egg substitute. The catsup topping is so good on it. Make extra to use at the table.

i made this pretty much as written. though i had a little bit more turkey on hand than called for, so i increased everything by a touch. also, since my brother does not like the texture of mushrooms, after i cooked them, i threw them in a processor with the veggie stock until it looked more like mushroom soup. it made the meatloaf even more tender i imagine. i also did as some suggested, adding a bit of sriracha into the kethcup glaze. sooo good. i took a few servings over to my mom's house for her and her husband, and they both agreed i could make it again. oh, i did have to cook it about twice as long as stated.

This is a really great recipe for turkey meatloaf. It is very flavorful and moist. The only reason why I did not rate this higher is due to the errors within the recipe. I have made this meatloaf several times. At 350, the meatloaf will take over an hour of cooking time. Currently, I have a loaf in the oven for 90 minutes. When you are feeding hungry people, this is very frustrating. This is the longest it has ever taken! And I don't have issues with my oven. I would suggest 375 for the time suggested in the recipe. Also, I leave out the Sriracha because my husband's stomach is very sensitive to spicy food. Omitting this ingredient doesn't seem to affect the overall outcome...it is still quite tasty.

Incredibly moist and delicious recipe. The only thing I would change is cutting back (seriously cutting back) on the sugar. The sweetness of the sauce really overpowered the spicy flavor. That said, everyone really enjoyed it. With a few minor tweaks this could be an amazing meat loaf. Will certainly make again.

This recipe has potential. I made it as written, except I noticed that the mushroom mixture had some liquid in it, so I omitted the chicken stock and just added the mushroom mixture with the liquid. The recipe took about 1 hour to cook, and while it came out ok, there was about a cup of liquid sitting in the bottom of the pan after serving! Sort of gross! The taste of the meatloaf was ok-personally, I would add easily 2-3x the seasonings next time as it was a little bland for my taste.

This meatloaf is fantastic. It is very moist and flavorful. I make this on a regular basis and always get tons of compliments. I substitute hot sauce for the sriracha just because I don't have any in the pantry. I typically serve this dish up with "mashed potatoes"- half potatoes, half cauliflower. I highly recommend this recipe! Check out the video for additional tips.

Delicious meatloaf! This is now part of my regular cooking rotation. I left out the mushrooms, and the loaf was still moist. I also added 1 chipotle chili in adobo sauce for extra kick and flavor. This is one of the better "turkey" meatloafs I have had. The mushrooms made for a great texture and the sauce was good too. I didnt find it to be too spicy. Make sure you drain some of the liquid from the mushrooms before you add it to the turkey. It will be in my regular rotation.

Hands down the best meatloaf I have ever had. I take liberty with the ketchup topping and add way more dry mustard and some siracha. I just LOVE this recipe and have already given it to many friends. When I saute the mushrooms and onions there is always some liquid that I spoon out. This time I just kept the liquid and didnt add any chicken broth. Worked great!

This meat loaf is awesome! My favorite part is the mushrooms. I made the recipe as directed with one exception, I used ground turkey instead of ground turkey breast. This recipe will go into heavy rotation in our family. Served with a baked potato and green beans.

This meatloaf was so moist that it will certainly go in the rotation. For people not wild about mushrooms, this doesn't taste like mushrooms. They melt into the meat and make it juicy. I added sriracha to the ketchup topping, too, because I like spicy food. I doubled the recipe and froze 2; when it was time for a weeknight meal, I just doubled the cooking time in the recipe and it turned out really well. Served with Simply Potatoes Mashed Potatoes.
